A lovely ball tie, or should it be “neat package”?

All these straps keeps the body in a rather cramped position that is hard to endure for a long time, but the position is also a wonderfully helpless one. There is no room for wiggling, moving away is almost impossible.

The hands are secured inside mittens to be unusable for anything, and the hood (even though it isn’t visible on this picture) is most likely secured with a nice padlock. Complete with both gag and blindfold to enhance the helplessness.

Strapped down and secured like this, all you can do is wait in the darkness and hope that you will get unstrapped before the cramps gets really bad. You can’t see if anyone is near, or what is going to happen. If earplugs are worn under the hood you can’t hear more than your own heart’s echoes either. 

All you can do is wait patiently while the brain starts to play dirty tricks and come up with all kinds of scary imaginations of what could have happened… And that is what makes it really fun!

Practical for long term wear or training

A hood like this is good for wearing a longer time, because it is possible to eat and drink without removing it. All in total darkness and by feel of course as it covers the eyes and fits tightly against the skin. 

It is also a lovely hood for performing oral services without seeing on who. Recognition by taste and smell anyone? 🙂

And it opens up possibilities to training, both for learning to do things without sight as well as possibly feeling safer for people who find full coverage hoods hard to stand.

It is harder to remove than a blindfold, especially if some padlocks are used to secure it (try that with a blindfold…) and yet all it does is making the wearer anonymous and blind. 

Maybe something for the sub to wear an evening with friends around, at a party, or in the private club. The imagination sets the limits.
