Sometimes, when I see them leading a new girl in, I get the briefest of flashbacks to my old life, and I almost miss being able to stand or talk and complain about things I don’t like.  But it passes quickly, and by the time they lead her back out on all fours in her new gear, all gagged and collared and harnessed, any thought of my old life is like a distant dream I can no longer remember, just like it will be for her soon too.
