1) no eating from 7pm-7am

2) sweets are only for parties

3) under 800 calories a day, but it should be way less

4) only drink water, tea, and black coffee

5) only fat-free dairy, limited

6) exercise every day, even if it’s just a little bit

7) never finish anything on your plate

8) don’t eat if other people aren’t eating

only minimal exceptions when around family, friends, or anyone else that might be too suspicious 

i’m going to do these.

Never in my life do I want to hear someone trying this. More small healthy meals and working out daily. Your making your self anerexic and your body is fighting your starvation by building more fat, only making you wonder what your still doing wrong and becoming more anerexic
